How do I cancel an order or return a product for a refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without hassle. Here are our return policies depending on what type of program you purchased:

Refund policy for online streaming programs: If you'd like a refund on an online streaming program you purchased, just contact us to let us know within your 7 day risk-free trial period. We'll remove your access to the program and refund 100% of your money. No questions asked.

Refund policy for DVD programs: If you'd like to return a DVD program, just let us know within 7 days of your purchase. You then have 30 days to return the DVD package to us, and we'll refund your money upon reception. Please see important return instructions below.

IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

If you decide to return the product, please just take a few minutes to take care in packaging all of it back up so it will be in the condition you received it.

Include your original packing slip with your product. This contains your name and order # so that your return can be processed quickly.

Obtain a tracking number from the shipper you choose so you can verify your returned shipment just in case it is lost in transit.

I've lost the password to my ebook. What do I do?

The password for your ebook is on the original receipt you received when making your purchase; however, if you've misplaced your receipt we'll be happy to provide the password for you. Simply submit a ticket and a customer service representative will get back with you as quickly as possible!
